Can’t do any better than one of Becky Fischer’s curriculum.
We have been using Becky Fischer curriculum for well over 10 years. There is so much in each lesson that we divide the lessons in half. Teaching one half one Sunday and the 2nd half the next Sunday. Our children’s church consist of children 5 to 12 years old. If you want a curriculum that will help the children be the church and move in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, this is the one!

Kids in Ministry international by Becky Fischer has been so great for our 1st-5th graders, Our Spanish service also began using the curriculum this year since its translated in espanol.
