Who Is Becky Fischer?
Becky Fischer is an international minister, author, speaker, media creator, designer, and entrepreneur. She is the founder and director of Kids in Ministry International (KIMI) and has devoted decades to challenging and equipping the Church to recognize the spiritual capacity of children and empower them to actively participate in the Kingdom of God.
Kids in Ministry International (KIMI), founded by Becky Fischer in 2001, is a multifaceted ministry dedicated to equipping children and teens to know God, hear His voice, and walk in the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit. KIMI also trains children’s ministry leaders and equips parents to intentionally disciple and spiritually empower their children at home.
Becky has served in children’s ministry for more than 35 years, including 10 years as a children’s pastor and more than 25 years as the founder and director of KIMI. Through KIMI and its international leadership teams, she has helped train thousands of children, teens, parents, ministry leaders, and pastors through conferences, Bible schools, mission trips, churches, books and curriculum, and digital media.
KIMI’s influence has extended into more than 50 nations, with Becky personally ministering in 29 countries. Today, her teaching and resources continue to reach a global audience through books, videos, online teaching, social media, and other digital platforms—all with a central vision: to see children equipped to experience God for themselves and actively participate in the work of His Kingdom.

What is Kids in Ministry International all about?
Our vision has always been to equip boys and girls to walk in the supernatural power of God at early ages. This means we believe they need to be taught salvation, the baptism in the Holy Spirit, how to hear God’s voice and be led by His Spirit, how to heal the sick, operate in dreams and visions, the nine operational gifts of the Spirit and anything else God says believers can do. We do not believe we should wait until they are adults to equip them to walk in the army of God. As of 2023, we expanded our vision to include teenagers after realizing there are almost no teen ministries in churches or parachurch ministries that teach this them what we have been teaching children.
TO ACCOMPLISH THIS:
- We have a training school called the School of Supernatural Children’s Ministry.
- We write and publish children’s ministry curriculums for spirit-filled churches specifically addressing these issues and the foundational Christian doctrines.
- We go into the nations to raise up leaders who can also train their local people in these things.
Currently, Kids in Ministry International has established leaders in 14 nations. Thousands of leaders have been trained under our vision, and there are at least 1,000 children’s ministries called Powerclubs that meet weekly, where at least 35,000 children are in attendance.

Ms. Fischer is also the founder and director of The School of Supernatural Children’s Ministry (aka SSCM). SSCM is a 45-hour training course that teaches parents and children’s ministers the basics of great Spirit-empowered children’s ministry. It also shows them how to teach children to hear God’s voice and become worshipers, prayer warriors, and prophetic spokesmen. It also teaches them to heal the sick, operate in the gifts of the Spirit, be led by the Spirit of God, and do signs and wonders. The goal of SSCM is to help kids become active members in the body of Christ while they are still children by training parents and children’s ministry leaders to equip the little ones.
