IGNITE! is a unique gathering with others who care about today’s kids. The NATIONAL CHILDREN’S LEADERS EXPERIENCE 2015 “IGNITE”, is designed to refresh, inspire and equip you for effective ministry that will transform the lives of children….and their families.  Your passion will be IGNITED in the anointed worship and united sessions, and you will love the incredible choices of Breakout Sessions and the opportunity for networking and interaction with speakers and other leaders. You will leave enriched spiritually. This is truly an experience for the entire team!

SPEAKERS

All of the NCLE “IGNITE” speakers are passionate about reaching today’s kids and their families. They understand you. They know the unique needs and challenges you face as you strive to be relevant to those you minister to.   They are the director, instructors, guest speakers and ministry friends of CFNI’s Children’s and Family Major. They will impart passion, knowledge, creative and practical ideas, and more. Their desire is to bless you and help you grow in your calling and your personal walk with the Lord.

There will be something for everyone who ministers to children and families, from the most experienced leader to the newest member of the team. Workshops will deal with varied topics such as:

• Spirit led ministry for Children
• Leadership in Children’s and Family Ministry
• How to reach the children in your community
• Integrating the Creative Arts into your Children’s Ministry (drama, art, dance, etc.)
• Recruiting and Building a Dream Team
• Developing a Ministry Focused Nursery/Preschool
• What Do Preteens Really Need?
• Family Ministry
• Reaching Hurting Kids and their Families
• And much more!

The encouraging opening united session will include worship “CFNI style” and a timely message from Becky Fischer. Lunch on site (provided with registration if you register by October 7) will allow more opportunities for networking or visiting as a church team.  The Prophetic Prayer Room will be open throughout the day. The united closing “commissioning and prayer” service will be a perfect wrap up of the day.
