What is a Powerclub?

Russian Power KidsPowerClubs are local children’s ministries where children are evangelized, filled with the Holy Spirit, grounded in the word of God, taught to operate in the gifts of the Spirit, learn to hear God’s voice, heal the sick, and more as they become active, functioning members in the body of Christ while they are still children. Though most PowerClubs are a part of local churches. Many others are held in backyards, neutral locations, schools, slums, and homes. In the local church, they can be used as your Sunday morning service for children or used as your optional Wednesday night services.

What Makes PowerClubs Unique?

Five things make PowerClubs unique among most children’s ministries:

  1. They are designed for Pentecostal/Spirit-filled/Charismatic/Prophetic churches with an emphasis on the supernatural power of God.
  2. Leaders have been trained through the School of Supernatural Children’s Ministry.
  3. Leaders are trained to use KIMI’s three KIMI Core Values (meat, equipping, and presence) as taught in the School of Supernatural Children’s Ministry.
  4. Leaders use the Tabernacle Pattern of Children’s Ministry as the format of their services, which are designed to usher children into the presence of God as taught in the School of Supernatural Children’s Ministry.
  5. Leaders also use endorsed curricula. Those include all KIMI Curricula, SuperChurch curricula by Mark Harper, Root Kidmin curricula, and any curricula we sell on our website.

Who Can Start a PowerClub?

This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is happy-grads-philippines.jpgTo start an official KIMI PowerClub the leader must graduate from our School of Supernatural Children’s Ministry correspondence course. SSCM has three Levels—Level One is “Children’s Ministry Basics.” Level Two is “Supernatural Equipping.” Level Three is “Revolutionary Parenting.”

Although all three levels are beneficial and encouraged, you only need to successfully pass Level One Children’s Ministry Basics to start the PC. The course is available as MP4 downloads or online. (See links below.) Once you successfully pass, you then receive a Certificate of Completion. At that point, you qualify to start an official PowerClub.

If you want to start a PowerClub after you become certified, email us at becky@powerclubkids.com. Once you become an authorized PowerClub leader, you will receive a discount code for a 10% discount on all KIMI products and the use of our official PowerClub name and Logo.

Name Your Powerclub!

For instance, if you have an existing name for your kid’s ministry, such as Kingdom Kids, Faith Explorers, Highlands Kids, or Adventure Kids, we would ask that you add the word PowerClub to the ending. For example, Kingdom Kids PowerClub, Faith Explorers PowerClub, Highlands Kids PowerClub, or Adventure Kids PowerClub. If that would be a problem in your church setting, please discuss it with us. We don’t want this to be a reason you can’t go forward with this adventure.

We encourage you to name your PowerClub to make it uniquely your own. Here’s an example:
